My husband and I are seniors and finally got around to setting up our trust. Mr. Littorno and staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained in detail what it means to have a trust and what happens in the event of one or both of our deaths (or serious illnesses). The process was efficient, as the staff was clearly prepared and proficient in its areas of expertise–estate planning, tax, probate and much more. Seniors, don’t wait! Ask for an appointment with Mr. Littorno–he has offices in Pittsburg and San Diego, and was kind enough to meet us in Pleasant Hill, near our home.

Our family “won the lottery” when we discovered the Littorno Law Group. Their expertise enabled my parents to obtain the VA Pension benefits my father is entitled to, as a veteran of WWII and the Korean War.
